enDuratite Repair Grout
enDuratite Repair Grout is a general purpose thixotropic cementitious grout, that has been formulated to compensate for shrinkage. enDuratite Repair Grout is supplied as a ready-to-use dry powder that is mixed with clean water to create a grout that can be applied by using a trowel up to a thickness of 4” (100 mm). enDuratite Repair Grout contains Alchemco Crystalline Admixture and proprietary additives such as corrosion inhibitors providing superior waterproofing characteristics
Preparation of Substrate
The substrate surface must be free from oil, grease or any loosely adherent materials. If the concrete surface is defective or has laitance, it must be cut back to sound base. Bolt holes or fixing pockets must be blown clean of any dirt or debris. All absorbent surface must be well saturated with clean water, but free of any surface water or puddles prior to the application of enDuratite Repair Grout.
Mixing
Neat: Add 1.18gal - 1.26gal (4.5L - 4.8 L) of clean water to 55lb pail (25kg bag). (Add or reduce water to desired viscosity) A forced-action mixer maybe used at a speed of (400500 rpm) for 2 - 3 minutes, or hand mixing is allowed.
Extended: With a 55lb pail (25kg bag) 24.25lb (11kg) of 13/64" (5mm) - 3/8" (10mm) pea gravel.
