Alchemco at World of Concrete 2026
Advancing Concrete Durability Through Science, Not Shortcuts
Concrete is the backbone of global infrastructure — but without proper protection, even well-designed structures face premature deterioration. At World of Concrete 2026, Alchemco will be on-site to engage in technical discussions around long-term concrete durability, moisture management, and internal waterproofing technologies.
Our focus remains clear:
education, performance, and real-world constructability.
Why Visit Alchemco at WOC 2026
Waterproofing decisions affect structures for decades. At our booth, the conversation starts with fundamentals:
How moisture moves through concrete
Why surface-only solutions often fail over time
Managing freeze–thaw cycles, chlorides, and hydrostatic pressure
Designing protection that works with concrete behavior, not against it
Reducing lifecycle cost through internal, durable protection strategies
We welcome engineers, contractors, owners, and specifiers who value technical clarity over quick fixes.
Introducing
Alchemco Nexus
Below-Grade Waterproofing
At World of Concrete 2026, Alchemco will introduce Alchemco Nexus, a below-grade waterproofing solution developed to address long-standing challenges associated with traditional below-grade systems.
Below-grade waterproofing is often complex, labor-intensive, and highly dependent on workmanship, particularly in environments with limited access, intricate detailing, and continuous long-term exposure to moisture and soil conditions.
Alchemco Nexus is designed to simplify installation while improving reliability where conventional approaches struggle. During the event, Alchemco will share:
Technical design intent and application methodology
Performance characteristics and supporting data
Guidance for constructability, detailing, and sequencing
Use-case scenarios for infrastructure and building applications
Nexus reflects Alchemco’s ongoing effort to translate field experience into simpler, more resilient waterproofing systems.
Inside-Out Waterproofing:
A Different Approach
Traditional waterproofing systems rely primarily on surface membranes and coatings. While effective in certain applications, these systems are often vulnerable to abrasion, movement, and trapped moisture over time.
Alchemco’s enzyme-based technologies work within the concrete matrix, reacting with moisture and cement hydration byproducts to form a subsurface gel barrier inside the pore structure. This approach:
Restricts liquid water movement
Remains vapor-permeable
Responds to future moisture exposure
Reduces reliance on perfect surface conditions
The result is protection aligned with how concrete behaves throughout its service life.
Introducing
Industry Recognition Since 2022
Alchemco’s participation at World of Concrete 2026 builds on a consistent record of industry recognition for product development and applied innovation.
The company has received the World of Concrete “Most Innovative Product” Award in:
2022
2023
2025
These awards span multiple product lines and reflect Alchemco’s continued focus on durability, constructability, and long-term performance across infrastructure and building applications.
For Alchemco, recognition is not the objective — it is the outcome of sustained investment in science, field validation, and real-world performance.
